What?
So, I came back from my hiatus (which was four months, but I lacked a computer! sowhatifIdidgetcaughtditchingschool) and now I find that [info]ponderosa121 got LJ banned with no warning and that TOS is becoming wacky again.

Crap; how are all you guys handling things out there?
